The Company provides necessary technical support for development of the Product.
The Developer should define the general purpose of the Product and explain the application of the provided information.
The Developer must submit one copy of the Product to the Company for certification and testing for conformity with the Company's electronic dictionaries.

After reception of the Conformity Certificate the Developer has an opportunity to place the Product on the Company's Web site providing corresponding copyright, contact, and other relevant information.
The Company may use references, the technical summary and features description of the Product for any promotional or other legal purposes under observance of the copyright and other rights reserved by the Developer.

The Developer can use the Product for any private or commercial purposes under observance of the Company's copyright on algorithms and other information hereby provided.
The Developer can use information about the conformity of the Product with the Company's standards and specifications and refer to corresponding locations on the Company's Web site.

The Developer must provide the necessary technical support for the Product.
The Company is not responsible for the quality of the Product or possible data or functionality loss, or any consequences of this.
The Developer may not distribute the information hereby provided, nor information obtained during the Product development, without a written permission of the Company.
